Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer, Segment Marketing – Power Solutions to define strategy for Healthcare and/or Instrumentation, shape roadmap priorities, and convert customer needs into qualified opportunities.

This role requires technical credibility, commercial judgement, independent execution, and senior cross‑functional influence. You will own business cases for solution initiatives, engage strategic customers, OEMs, partners, and field teams, and develop lighthouse

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years in segment or product marketing, product management, applications, systems engineering, business development, or a related technical-commercial role in semiconductors, power electronics, or industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge of power management, conversion, system architectures, mixed-signal systems, or industrial electronics.
• Proven ability to convert market and customer insight into strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Strong customer communication, positioning, and cross‑functional influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.

Responsabilités

• Build deep expertise in Healthcare and/or Instrumentation markets, customer pain points, architectures, competition, and technology trends.
• Translate market insight into segment strategies, investment recommendations, roadmaps, platform concepts, and differentiated value propositions.
• Define system-level power architectures that connect customer needs to ADI products, reference designs, software, and support models.
