Job summary

This senior individual contributor acts as a technical and commercial bridge between vertical end-market teams and the SW, Digital, and AI development groups, shaping scope, priorities, and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or a related role.
• Experience defining products with embedded software or software-enabled hardware.
• Understanding of software lifecycle and interaction with firmware, drivers, and hardware.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU marketing, engineering, and customers to translate needs into requirements for software and digital platforms.
• Define scope, use cases, and priorities for software-enabled offerings and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with software, embedded, systems, and hardware teams to refine requirements and architect reusable solutions.
• Contribute to roadmap prioritization, business cases, and lifecycle plans from concept to end of life.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and shape product direction based on application needs.
