Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer to shape next‑generation grid intelligence solutions. You will lead the design and deployment of advanced algorithms for power system monitoring, bridging signal processing, ML, and embedded platforms across Edge to Cloud.

You will mentor teams, partner with hardware and software colleagues, and influence product strategy while traveling up to 10% of the time to customer sites and partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in a related field and post‑PhD experience is required.
• Minimum 6 years post‑PhD (12 years post‑bachelors) with practical algorithm deployment experience.
• Proof of leadership in technical domains and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a record of innovation (patents/publications).

Responsabilités

• Own and drive design and development of advanced algorithms for power system monitoring and grid analytics.
• Develop signal processing and ML techniques to extract actionable insights from sensor data.
• Architect and deploy solutions across Edge-to-Cloud stack on constrained or embedded platforms.
• Lead end-to-end solution development from modelling to production deployment.
• Influence product and technology strategy through domain expertise and leadership.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, data, and applications teams to translate innovations into scalable products.
