Qualifications

• 15 years’ post-graduate experience in design and project management.
• Chartered Engineer status is required.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Strong experience in engaging clients, external stakeholders and sub-consultants.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and environmental design teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects.
• Mentor and develop senior and junior staff.
• Prepare technical reports and tender documentation to a high standard.
• Plan and manage design activities with Project Directors.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes and health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and manage client communications.
