Job summary

FMI Field Management Ireland seeks a Draught Services and Quality Management Representative to work on behalf of Heineken. You will perform scheduled maintenance calls, clean and inspect draft equipment, and ensure high quality across public houses, restaurants and events.

Ideally you have beverage industry exposure, superb attention to detail, and are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning draught beer lines in bars or restaurants is an advantage but not required.
• Beverage industry experience including sales, operations and customer relations is ideal but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail is a must.
• Highly organised with ability to manage priorities and co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Physically fit to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work flexible hours and must be open to travel.
• Customer facing with the ability to build relationships and spot opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance calls to inspect and clean draft equipment across pubs, restaurants, hotels and events.
• Ensure quality control standards and services for all draught accounts.
• Clean taps in line with SOPs and check QC stickers per guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents accurately and promptly.
• Maintain records of line cleaning and service calls for each account.
• Monitor market activity and report competitive introductions or promotions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key customers and personnel.
• Oversee maintenance and care of company equipment, including vehicle, tools and tech.

FMI are currently recruiting for a Draught Services and Quality Management Representative to work on behalf One of Ireland’s leading Beer and Cider Company. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance calls to include inspection and cleaning of draft equipment in both Public Houses, Restaurants, Hotels and Events
• Responsible for quality control standards and services of all draught accounts
• Clean taps in line with the standard operating procedures
• Check and date QC stickers in adherence with company's guidelines
• Accurate and timely reporting of any maintenance issues or accidents
• Maintain current records of line cleaning and service calls for each account
• Monitor and report competitive activity in the market
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel and customers
• Oversee maintenance & care of company equipment including company vehicle, tools, and technology in accordance with company policy
• Adhere to company safety policy and procedures; report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or accidents immediately to management
• Comply with all legal guidelines, and the company’s standards and policies
• Perform all other quality specialist duties or special assignments as directed by management

Your profile

Requirements and Competencies:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
