Job summary

Veblen International is recruiting two Beauty Advisors to join a leading prestige beauty brand in Dublin, based in Brown Thomas Dundrum or Arnotts Dublin. Roles combine sales, client engagement and brand advocacy in a premium retail environment.

Reporting to the General Manager EMEA, you will represent the brand, drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences, with no direct reports involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Passion for beauty, makeup and customer service excellence.
• Confidently demonstrate products and provide personalised recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and work toward store and individual targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, shade matching and application services.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty.
• Cross-sell products across categories to maximise engagement and basket value.
• Represent the brand as a knowledgeable expert within the retail environment.
• Share product knowledge, launches and selling techniques with store teams.
• Support in-store events, masterclasses, promotions and launches.
• Maintain merchandising, visual standards, tester hygiene and stock presentation.
• Monitor inventory and escalate stock or merchandising concerns as needed.
• Implement promotions and visual merchandising updates per brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities within the store.
