Job summary

Cash & Carry Kitchens currently seeks experienced Kitchen Installers to join our trusted subcontractor network. You will handle premium residential installations, conduct site surveys, and interpret technical drawings to ensure a flawless finish.

You will work independently, communicating clearly with customers, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule. Excellent earning potential and ongoing installation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing fitted kitchens.
• Excellent carpentry, joinery and finishing skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to first-time quality.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install fitted kitchens to high quality standards.
• Carry out site surveys and confirm installation readiness.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
• Complete installations within agreed timelines with workmanship excellence.
• Liaise professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements.
• Resolve minor installation issues on site and complete snagging efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
