Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Kitchen Fitter to join our team in Ireland. The role covers both carpentry work and specialized kitchen fitting to ensure kitchens are installed and finished to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, constructing cabinetry, measuring and fitting components, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. Collaboration with clients and mentoring junior carpenters are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, carpentry apprenticeship preferred.
• Kitchen fitting training or similar specialization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to install cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
• Construct and repair wooden structures in kitchens, including cabinetry and shelving.
• Measure, cut and assemble materials with hand and power tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with clients on designs and material choices.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and assist in mentoring junior staff.
