Job summary

Munters Corp Ireland (MEI) is seeking operators to join a dynamic production team responsible for assembling, inspecting and completing finished products in line with schedules and quality standards. You will report defects, ensure correct labeling and documentation, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Maintain clean, safe work area in line with 6S and Health & Safety requirements.
• Follow SOPs, quality procedures and safety guidelines.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Assist with training of new operators.
• Identify, record and report defects and quality concerns to Supervisor or Quality team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect and complete finished products in line with production schedules and quality standards.
• Identify, record and report defects, deviations or quality concerns to the Supervisor or Quality team.
• Ensure correct labelling, packaging and documentation of finished goods.
• Clean down units after working on them using cleaning sprays and PPE.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with 6S and Health & Safety requirements.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Accurately complete production records, check sheets and other required documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with training of new operators when required.
