Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking two Precision CNC EDM Programmers to join our manufacturing team. You will program and operate EDM equipment, focusing on producing precision components with tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes.

You will interpret technical drawings, select suitable EDM strategies, and continuously optimize processes while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a CNC EDM Programmer or in a similar role within a precision manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of EDM processes, programming methodologies, and CNC machine operations.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNC EDM programs derived from technical drawings and specifications to achieve optimal machining results.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate EDM machines, including wire and sinker EDM equipment.
• Monitor and adjust machining processes to maximize efficiency and ensure quality standards.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to verify specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address challenges and improve processes.
• Document production data, including machining time, part counts, and deviations.
• Uphold safety and quality standards consistently throughout the process.
• Continuously update knowledge of EDM technology and best practices in precision machining.
