Job summary

Greenvolt Next (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Power Systems Design Engineer to design HV/LV electrical systems for utility-scale solar PV projects and support grid connection submissions. You will develop and review SLDs, coordinate with DNOs, and ensure compliance with UK grid code and ENA standards through pre-construction and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience designing HV and LV systems within the power generation sector.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design of HV and LV systems for power generation projects, primarily utility-scale and commercial solar PV.
• Develop and review system architecture and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) from concept through to detailed design.
• Manage and coordinate grid connection applications and technical submissions with the relevant DNOs.
