Job summary

ESB Generation Projects in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-year overhaul programs for Donegal stations, including Cathleen’s Falls and Clady. You will lead safety, schedule, cost, and contractor management with a strong focus on delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires at least ten years post-qualification experience, a Level 8 engineering qualification, and a proven ability to lead teams within ESB’s project delivery framework.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale generation projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to lead a project team to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overhaul schedule across multiple years for Donegal Stations.
• Single point of contact for projects; manage safety, schedule, cost, and contractor.
• Build and lead a high-performing project team.
• Collaborate with Generation and Trading to align plant requirements and budgets.
• Apply ESB PMM and produce progress reports and dashboards.
