Job summary

Energia in Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain the Huntstown CCGT power plants on a shift cycle. You will respond to technical issues, execute preventive maintenance, and support routine production tasks to keep generation assets reliable.

The role requires a time-served apprenticeship or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, C&I or Automation Engineering, with proven trouble-shooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, C&I or Automation Engineering.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot on production equipment including mechanical, electrical, automation.
• Experience drafting/updating operating procedures or technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Huntstown CCGT power plant assets on shift cycle.
• Respond to technical issues and troubleshoot in production environment.
• Support development of standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
