The appointee will apply advanced quantitative methods to survey data on working conditions, job quality and organisational democracy across European partners.

You will validate scales, conduct multilevel analyses, and help disseminate results through papers and conferences, with opportunities for publication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven experience analysing cross‑section survey data.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics survey software.
• Understanding of multilevel models.
• Knowledge of scale validation methods and factor analysis.
• Understanding of structural equation modelling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data collected through an online survey of working conditions and job quality.
• Validate adapted scale measures and perform descriptive reporting with graphics.
• Conduct multilevel modelling and mediation analysis.
• Interpret and disseminate results through conferences, working papers and peer‑reviewed papers.
