Job summary

University College Cork seeks two post-doctoral researchers to advance agentic AI and digital twin concepts for Ultra-Wideband RF sensing. You will work on AI, RF sensing, and signal processing topics within a multidisciplinary team at UCC's nasc research centre, collaborating with Danalto and Qorvo.

The role requires a PhD with strong publication records and experience in multimodal data analysis, and will involve project management and cross-discipline teamwork.

Qualifications

• PhD required with a strong publication record.
• Experience in AI, deep learning or decision support applied to RF sensing, wireless communications and signal processing.
• Strong background in multimodal data analysis.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct postdoctoral research on agentic AI and UWB RF sensing systems.
• Publish results in peer-reviewed venues and contribute to project deliverables.
• Collaborate with industry partners Danalto and Qorvo and with nasc/UCC researchers.
• Support project management and teamwork within CSIT and the wider UCC research ecosystem.
