Post Doctoral Researcher (Level 1) in Chemical Purifications Harnessing Framework Materials
The Mukherjee Group at the University of Limerick invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the PUREFRAME (Purification through Energy-efficient Framework Materials) project. The successful candidate will develop and investigate advanced microporous framework materials for energy-efficient separation and purification of industrially important commodity chemicals. The role will involve materials synthesis, structural and physicochemical characterisation, adsorption and separation studies, and interpretation of structure–property relationships. The researcher will work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment and contribute to high-quality publications and wider project outputs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in porous materials, molecular separations, and sustainable chemical processing.
