Praxis Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Therapist to support adults with complex needs, including Autism and learning disabilities, in the North East Region. You will conduct functional assessments, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote quality of life.
This role offers extensive training, involvement in research, and contract options (FT/PT/Relief) with pro rata pay.
Job Summary:
The role of Positive Behaviour Therapist will see the support of adults with complex needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.
The Positive Behaviour Therapist will be responsible for conducting functional assessments and analyses, developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and ensuring ongoing review and staff training. The role requires close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote continuous involvement in the PBS process and improve quality of life for the people we support.

Please note: Full Time, Part Time and Relief contracts will be considered – Can be discussed at interview
All advertised salaries are based on 39 hours (FTE) and will be pro rata to contracted hours.**
