Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Porter in Dublin 1, D01 F7X3. This full-time role (39 hours/week) pays €14.15 per hour and includes the Sodexo employee benefits package.

You will support a busy kitchen, keep areas clean, help with deliveries, and assist with food prep under the supervision of the kitchen team. We offer training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for career development within Sodexo’s renowned facilities network across corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do:

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues

What you'll bring:

• We provide full training, but if you've worked in a kitchen before, that's a plus!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A good eye for cleanliness and hygiene
