Podiatrist - €100K OTE + Mayo (relocate to Dublin)
Spectrum is looking for a Full or Part Time Podiatrist in Mayo to relocate to Dublin to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in our Dublin clinics. The FTE for this role is €50,000-€77,000 per annum, with potential earnings of up to € with commission. Depending on experience, there is an option to deliver nail surgery.

Role overview and responsibilities
- Treat a variety of skin ailments such as verrucae, corns, calluses, etc.
- Assess and treat ingrown toenails, clip toe nails and provide general foot care
- Treat patients with diabetes at increased risk of foot disease who require preventative care
- Assess conditions of feet, ankles, or lower legs by reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations
- Diagnose foot, ankle, and lower-leg problems and provide treatments (e.g., orthotics)
- Provide advice on foot and ankle care and general wellness techniques
- Educate patients to improve conditions
- Liaise with GP’s, Physios and other MDT members; refer to specialists if needed
- Meet CPD requirements and maintain up-to-date CPD records
- Write patient notes and reports; manage payments and issue receipts
- Place stock orders and log repairs
- Supervise students and junior podiatrists where applicable
- Manage clinical risk and maintain infection control standards
- Be caring, compassionate and professional with the patient at the core
- Assist with creating blogs/content for social media and marketing
- Provide feedback to the marketing team when appropriate
Experience and qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Podiatry (essential)
- CORU registration (essential)
- Member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists Ireland (SCPI) (essential)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)
- Private practice experience (preferred)
- New graduates welcome
