Job summary

Eurofins Biomnis is seeking a driven PMO Lead to lead and enhance our Project Management Office, aligning project delivery with organisational priorities and ensuring best-in-class governance for medical diagnostics initiatives.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the project portfolio, mentor project managers, and drive continuous improvement across all projects while upholding patient confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, management or engineering.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed best-practice project management frameworks, standards, and governance.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle delivery from initiation to closure.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks and resources; report to senior leadership.
