Job Description

Responsible for warranty callouts and the commissioning/servicing on residential and commercial heating equipment. The individual must be customer focused at all times, must be prepared to work within and as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues, management at all levels, clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, and in doing so present a positive image of the Company.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities:

• To work directly with the Service Team
• Ability to plan your weekly calls in an orderly/timely manner
• Completing warranty repairs
• Complete Commissioning/Service of residential & commercial equipment
• Complete detailed reports using our Service App to document details of visit
  
  

Requirements:

• RGII Certification
• OFTEC (preferable not essential)
• National Craft Certificate (essential)
• Full Clean Driving license (essential)
• Manual Handling (preferable not essential)
• Safe pass (preferable not essential)
• Must have vast experience of domestic heating and plumbing
• Good communication skills
• Awareness of Health and Safety requirements
