Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a plasterer in construction.
• Solid understanding of plaster types, tools and application methods.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and complete tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physical capability to perform manual plastering work.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
