Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations for a 1000+ employee site.
• Develop and manage annual plant budgets and P&L performance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
• Ensure capacity planning supports customer commitments and growth.
• Recruit, develop and motivate plant leadership and frontline teams.
