Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking an experienced Construction Plant Fitter based at Ballinascorney, Brittas, Co Dublin. You will maintain, repair and service fixed and mobile plant, ensuring efficient and safe operation across processing equipment.

Experience in mechanical trades with welding/fabrication skills is advantageous; a minimum of 1 year in related industries and independent, proactive work style are important. Attractive benefits and hourly rate apply.

Qualifications

• Time Served Trade or relevant experience in a mechanical discipline.
• Welding and Fabrication skills highly advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year within relevant industry.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Practical knowledge of tooling and equipment; rigging, slinging and jacking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair and servicing of fixed & mobile plant and ancillary machinery.
• Implementation of a plant wide preventative maintenance programme.
• Diagnosing Breakdowns and return equipment to service promptly.
• Demonstrate lead-by-example approach to Health & Safety and ensure safe work practices.
