Job Description
Aureol Global Connections is hiring Plant Fitters on behalf of Barna Recycling located at Carrowbrowne Headford Road, Galway H91 Y6V0, to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of mechanical equipment and systems, including emergency, reactive, planned, and corrective tasks. Key duties include carrying out planned preventative maintenance programmes, conducting inspections to identify faults and wear, repairing or replacing components, assembling and installing new systems, fabricating parts as needed, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. The role also requires strict adherence to safety procedures, participation in continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing ideas for equipment upgrades. Applicants should have excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Annual salary €34,000 based off a 39 hour working week.
