Job summary

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Piping Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage project assistants, and ensure all piping and engineering activities are executed smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Operations: Oversee daily project activities, direct project assistants, and establish a smooth, efficient workflow for on-site operations.
• Quality & Technical Oversight: Monitor piping installation, alignment, and fabrication work to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Equipment Maintenance: Supervise equipment upkeep; hands-on ability or knowledge regarding the repair and maintenance of welding sets will be a distinct advantage.
• Documentation & Traceability: Maintain accurate, organized project documentation for audits, record-keeping, and full traceability.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety, environmental regulations, and security protocols across all site operations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Piping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the building, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of piping installation, construction drawings, and site coordination. Ability to troubleshoot or repair welding sets is highly advantageous.
• Attributes: Strong leadership capabilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards on-site.
