Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pipe welding certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Pipe Welder in construction or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in diverse environments.
• Valid driver's license and relevant welding certifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment to fuse piping systems per project specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and pipe layouts.
• Perform quality checks on welds to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Troubleshoot issues during welding and adjust techniques or equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely progress and project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of welding activities and materials used.
• Participate in ongoing training to update welding skills.
