Job summary

Luke Bogue Enterprises Unlimited Company are seeking Pig Farm Assistants for their site at Dreenan, Co. Cavan. This is a permanent role which involves maintaining the health and welfare of pigs through daily husbandry activities across all areas of the pig unit from breeding to finisher.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience or working in a similar position is required for this role. Remuneration is €36,605 per annum based on a 39 hour week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Minimum Qualification: Level 4 including Leaving Certificate variants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and welfare of pigs through daily husbandry across all pig unit stages from breeding to finisher.
