About us

MaxPhysio & Pilates is expanding! We are a clinician-led network specialising in Physiotherapy, Pilates and Clinical Exercise, with established clinics in Carrigaline, Carrigtwohill, Skibbereen, Clonakilty and Bandon — and a brand-new clinic launching soon in North Cork. Our diverse caseload spans Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation. We also offer Reformer Pilates classes and specialist services such as Vestibular Rehabilitation and Male & Female Pelvic Health. All clinics are equipped with advanced technology including shockwave therapy, biofeedback systems and handheld dynamometers and we have also invested in the VALD performance technology.

The opportunity

We are recruiting multiple Physiotherapists to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced Senior Physiotherapist or a motivated Basic Grade with private practice or outpatient experience, we’d love to hear from you. Pilates experience (mat and/or reformer) is highly valued, and Reformer Pilates Teacher Training can be provided for the right candidates.

The role

We are hiring for a physiotherapist based in Carrigaline and/or Carrigtwohill and for a role in a new location we will be opening in North Cork - the Carrigaline/Carrigtwohill role then is currently open and ready for the right candidate to begin as soon as possible. The north Cork role will be ready to start from 5th January 2026.

What you’ll bring

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and CORU registration (or eligibility)
• Positive attitude, adaptability and genuine desire to learn and contribute
• Ability to work independently while supporting your team
• Ideally: prior private practice or outpatient experience
• Desirable: Pilates teaching (mat/reformer), dry needling/acupuncture, or a clinical specialty
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a car desirable
