Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent with clinical experience.
• Ability to explain clinical reasoning in plain, precise language.
• Excellent written English for training signals.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe clinical reasoning: differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication.
• Review AI output for unsafe or outdated guidance and rate the quality of reasoning.
• Write the correct answer grounded in current evidence and standards of care.
