Job summary

McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy in Dublin is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for our McCauley Newlands Cross branch. This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering excellent OTC counter service and supporting shop floor sales.

You will be the face of the store, providing product knowledge, assisting customers, merchandising, stock control, and cash handling while upholding our standards of confidentiality and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a community pharmacy with OTC knowledge is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Excellent organisation, multitasking and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Take care of the OTC counter and shop floor sales.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and deliver high levels of customer service.
