Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our pharmacy teams. Under a preceptor, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap showing first-hand what it’s like to be part of a pharmacy team while gaining store, district, and regional insights.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide empathetic customer service and educate patients on medications.
• Support immunizations and other vaccination services where allowed by law.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover scheduling needs as required.
