Job summary

McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy in New Ross is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for a part-time, permanent role. You will manage the OTC counter and shop floor sales and be the main contact for customers, delivering high levels of service.

The successful candidate will have community pharmacy OTC experience, excellent product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while keeping stock neat and merchandising on point.

Qualifications

• Previous Pharmacy OTC experience in a community Pharmacy with excellent product knowledge would be an important advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of different personalities.
• Good prioritising, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
• Be confidential and empathetic to our Customer needs.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• To deliver a high level of customer service and to adhere to company policies and ethos.
• Ability to offer customers exceptional assistance.
• To ensure that the pharmacy is properly merchandised and kept clean and tidy and ensure that stock levels are maintained correctly.
• Cash handling and stock rotation.

We are currently looking for an Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to work in our McCauley Pharmacy New Ross. This is a part time, permanent contract

As an Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor you will be responsible for taking care of the OTC counter and shop floor sales and be the main point of contact for our valued customers.
