Job summary

McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy in New Ross is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join our part-time team on a permanent basis. You will deliver high levels of customer service in a busy community pharmacy and support stock control and merchandising.

The ideal candidate has OTC pharmacy experience, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic. You will work closely with customers, handle queries, and maintain a clean, well-organised shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Pharmacy OTC experience in a community Pharmacy with excellent product knowledge would be an important advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of different personalities.
• Good prioritising, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
• Be confidential and empathetic to our Customer needs.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• To deliver a high level of customer service and to adhere to company policies and ethos.
• Ability to offer customers exceptional assistance.
• To ensure that the pharmacy is properly merchandised and kept clean and tidy and ensure that stock levels are maintained correctly.
• Cash handling and stock rotation.

We are currently looking for a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to work in our McCauley Pharmacy New Ross. This is a part time, permanent contract.
