Job summary

Ergomed invites applications for a pharmacovigilance role focused on ICSR coordination and team leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in PV, including at least 1 year in a line manager role, and strong English communication.

You will support project activities, develop KPIs, and help optimize ICSR processes while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. The position offers opportunities to collaborate across a global PV network, acting as SME for the team and supporting RA & PV

Qualifications

• Life science graduate or related healthcare qualification.
• 3–4 years of pharmacovigilance work experience with at least 1 year in a line manager role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Solid delegation and planning abilities.
• Good technical skills relevant to PV operations.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to project team activities for the client and company.
• Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities and optimize procedures and trainings.
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support.
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
• Perform ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Serve as the assigned team SME.
• Support the RA & PV Network Department, acting as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and as the Person Responsible for Local Screening for designated language.
