Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to cover stores across Monaghan and Louth on a permanent 27 hour basis. You will support the Supervising Pharmacist, help implement initiatives and assist in delivering patient-focused care while maintaining compliance with regulations.

You’ll be part of a team with opportunities to develop professionally, participate in training and benefit from a structured relief roster that supports regular store assignments and advance planning.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a Pharmacist is highly advantageous.
• Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives.
• Work with the team to find care solutions for customers and patients.
• Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations.
• Assist in group healthcare and company/marketing events.
• Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives.
• Partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team.
• Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance.

Job description

We are currently seeking to recruit a Relief Pharmacist for our stores across Monaghan and Louth.

This role is a permanent 27 hour position and covers a range of stores throughout the counties.

Through this opportunity, you will gather great insight into the brands under Uniphar.

Within our Relief rosters, we try to establish a regular order of stores you will support, so that you can best get to know the teams and customers in each location.

All relief rosters are provided 6 to 8 weeks in advance.
