Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Product Supply Unit on a fixed-term, full-time basis. You will maintain production equipment across lines to ensure reliable supply of syringe and vial products.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, supporting changeovers, and activities in line with GMP, 5S and site standards. You will collaborate with Production, Automation and Quality teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated GMP environment.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong documentation generation and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment across multiple lines.
• Carry out maintenance troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve faults.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and site maintenance plans.
• Interpret engineering drawings and documentation to support repairs and upgrades.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and line stoppages.
• Support changeovers, line clearances, and equipment setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Automation and Quality teams to resolve issues.
