Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join a state-of-the-art Quality Operations laboratory in Carlow, supporting the testing and release of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products. The role emphasizes hands-on QC testing, cGMP/cGLP compliance and data integrity for Right First Time outputs.

This 100% onsite position runs for 11 months, with two-shift pattern (7:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• 2–3 years in a pharmaceutical laboratory preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP/cGLP and QMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC laboratory testing in line with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct HPLC, ELISA, cell-based assays, and related analyses.
• Support method transfers, validation and commercial testing.
• Participate in QC Tier 1 daily meetings and communicate progress.
• Prepare procedures, training materials and maintenance documents.
• Ensure data processing, reviews and data integrity with RFT KPIs.
• Assist in OOS investigations and continuous improvement activities.
• Support audit readiness and uphold a safe, compliant workplace on site.
