Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a QC Analyst at our Waterford, Ireland site to perform analytical testing within a cGMP environment. You will work with the QC team to ensure data integrity, participate in investigations, and help drive continuous improvement in quality standards.

The role requires an English-fluent candidate with a science-related degree and hands-on experience in analytical testing of pharmaceutical products. On-site work at Waterford site is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical testing within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out analytical testing according to schedules and plans.
• Follow cGMP and HSE requirements with relevant instructions and records.
• Accurately record all raw data, calculations, and related information to meet data integrity standards.
• Ensure training/qualification before carrying out analytical testing.
• Review QC data in a timely manner in line with plans.
• Inform manager of deviations or out-of-spec results to support investigations.
• Contribute to investigations to ensure thorough root cause analysis.
• Complete assigned CAPAs as part of remediation and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory facilities and instruments in a safe, clean, fit-for-purpose condition.
