Job summary

PMIS LTD. is seeking a Lead Planning Engineer for a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Dublin with travel to Germany. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate with QA, engineering, and operations, and drive on-time deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years in project planning, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication skills. EU citizenry is required. Salary is upon enquiry, with health cover and pension benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project planning and scheduling experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of pharma planning and scheduling standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules incorporating engineering, construction, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with QA, engineering, and operations teams to align planning with project goals.
Monitor progress and identify risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders.
