Job summary

Our Company Biotech Dublin is offering a PMO (Project Management Office) / MPS Specialist Internship. You will support project management across the site’s portfolio, engage with sponsors at initiation, and help ensure project scope and risks are well defined and managed.

The role emphasizes a structured working style, strong English communication, and a willingness to learn MS Office tools. Hybrid on-site and remote work arrangements apply at Biotech Dublin.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Project Management, Business Management, Engineering or similar studies.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Structured approach with attention to detail.
• Pro-active, open-minded and flexible.
• Experience with or willingness to learn MS Office (Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Project management of selected projects within the site’s project portfolio.
• Work with project sponsors at initiation to ensure project scope is defined.
• Lead project management best practice with cross functional teams.
• Resolve issues and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Contribute to robust project delivery and risk management processes.
• Support deployment of the Production System across the site with MPS leads.
