Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Site Maintenance Technician for our Kerry-based pharma manufacturing client. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate GMP-compliant records. You will work with the Technical Lead, QP, and Manufacturing Team to support production

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or related discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment desirable.
• Good organisational, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities and utilities.
• Perform calibration, troubleshooting and repairs to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Support upkeep of site facilities and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure GMP, quality and safety compliance.
• Support regulatory inspections, customer audits and site visits.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance equipment performance.
• Work with Technical Lead, QP, and Manufacturing Team to support production objectives.
