Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team on-site in Cork, supporting pharmaceutical tableting operations on customer sites. The role requires knowledge of manufacturing methods and working within cGMP environments, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

In this position you will operate equipment, perform SAP/MES transactions, maintain batch records, and contribute to KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Three years' relevant industrial experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• A Level 6 qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates strong safety orientation and adherence to safety practices.
• Detail oriented with a can-do attitude toward delivery and performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, Master Batch Records and cGMPs for routine manufacturing tasks.
• Operate equipment including drum coaters, washers and roller compactors.
• Perform SAP and MES transactions to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation such as log books and batch records.
• Support compliance audits as a point of contact.
• Assist with on-site manufacturing activities and KPIs.
