Job summary

Suir Engineering is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a pharmaceutical project on site in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. You will work with the site CM, TI PM, and planners to ensure QA/QC and project deadlines are met, while managing manpower and reporting on progress.

The role requires coordinating health, safety, and environment controls, maintaining quality standards, and communicating with the client and senior management to drive successful milestones.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade background required.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful execution of assigned project.
• Lead daily client meetings as main POC.
• Establish resource requirements and motivate the project team.
• Balance schedule with available resources.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental controls.
• Adhere to Quality Systems.
• Engage with client and senior management to ensure satisfaction.
• Occasionally perform additional duties including site visits.
