Job summary

Petmania in Wexford is recruiting part-time Sales Associates to join our team. You should be passionate about retail and sales and eager to make your mark in-store. It helps if you are studying or recently qualified in Animal Care to QQI level 5 or 6.

We offer two 11-hour contracts with expectation of more hours; you must be available midweek and on weekends. Benefits include quarterly bonuses, training via myPetmania, paid maternity/paternity leave, Cycle to Work, and HSf Health cover.

Qualifications

• Passion for retail and sales.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning product knowledge to advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to customers in-store.
• Use product knowledge to guide customers to suitable options for their pets.
• Provide excellent customer care in-store and in grooming studios.
• Perform general retail duties: merchandising, housekeeping, price checks.
