Job summary

Envisagym in Dublin 6 is hiring a Personal Trainer on a full-time, 12-month contract. The role offers a guaranteed €32,000 per year and regular hours, with on-site work at a busy Dublin gym focused on personalised training.

Ideal candidates will have a recognised personal training qualification and a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• A current qualification in personal training and/or gym instruction (NCEHS – NCEF – ITEC) or equivalent.
• An interest in people and working with them.
• The ability to perform under pressure and to multitask.
• Works well on their own and as part of a team.
• Responds well to pressure and change.
• A willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• To deliver a high level of customer service experience, to identify the client’s health & fitness needs and goals, and to work with them to achieve this in a warm and friendly environment.
• To provide tailored fitness plans that are unique to each client’s needs.
• To advise the clients on nutrition regarding weight loss or gains.
• To carry out administration tasks required for the smooth running of a busy gym.
