This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients protect what matters most.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Engage with potential and existing clients through calls to convert leads into policies and discuss renewals
• Assess client needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and explain quotes clearly
• Follow up on inquiries promptly to maximse conversion rates and identify upsell opportunities
• Manage lapsed policies, re-engage clients, and provide empathetic support for queries and complaints
• Maintain compliance with regulations, keep accurate records, and stay informed on product changes
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and share best practices for improved performance
  
  

About You

• Minimum APA qualification required
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a customer-focused approach

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to address client concerns effectively
• Completion of the appropriate annual CPOD requirement and Maintain Minimum Competency Code
