Overview

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge/Director of Nursing on behalf of a 40+ bedded nursing home based in North Kerry. This is a full time permanent post working a 39 hour week.

Requirements

• Full NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse
• A recognised post registration management qualification (minimum level QQI Level 6)
• Have not less than 3 years’ experience in a nurse management role in the health and social care area
• Substantial previous senior nurse manager experience in a regulated environment providing care to older persons
• Experience of leading and managing strategic and operational change
• Aware and has relevant knowledge of national policy agenda relating to older persons including the regulation of such care services in designated centres for older people
