Job summary

Corlann is seeking a Person In Charge to lead Corlann services in Kilrush, Co. Clare. This permanent full-time role covers 78 hours per fortnight, with responsibilities spanning leadership, service delivery, and family engagement.

Qualified candidates with Level 7 in Social Care, CORU registration, and QQI Level 6 in Management, or a Nurse qualification with management credentials, are invited to apply. Competitive pay, extensive leave, pension, and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold Level 7 Qualification in Social Care and be CORU registered (or have CORU application submitted).
• Must have QQI Level 6 Qualification in Management (or Nurse qualification with QQI Level 6 in Management).
• Three years of management or supervisory experience in Health or Social Care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to individuals and stakeholders in line with Corlann values.
• Manage and lead person-centred services across settings to meet individual needs.
• Ensure accountability and value in service planning and delivery.
