We're looking for a natural leader to take charge in the field — coaching new fundraisers, setting the tone, and leading by example. If you love working with people, thrive outdoors, and want to inspire a team to do meaningful work, this is the role for you.

Location: Field-based - various locations

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time DOE

What you'll do:

  • Lead a small team of fundraisers in the field across Ireland
  • Train, coach, and motivate new starters to succeed
  • Help your team hit daily and weekly donation targets
  • Set the standard by fundraising alongside your team
  • Give regular feedback and create a supportive, high-performance culture


Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others
  • Experience in fundraising, sales, or leading a team (preferred but not essential)
  • Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally
  • A hands-on approach - you lead from the front
